How is this Different From Coaching Sessions?
The Inner Knowing Vedic Coaching Program is a 6 month course that will follow a specific outline and is still personalized to you and your needs. The program emphasizes education on yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, and Jyotish. The Inner Knowing Vedic Coaching Program is for those with time to invest in a course, are committed to weekly learning and regular sessions, and who are hoping to derive in depth information in all areas stated above (philosophy, Ayurveda, and Vedic astrology). Coaching sessions are focused on individual client needs and navigating emotional, mental, or spiritual road blocks by developing self-awareness, communication skills and discovering how the past may be controlling their present and inhibiting their future. Coaching sessions are designed for individuals looking to overcome life obstacles, whether they be internal or external. Vedic astrology is used in coaching sessions, but is not the main feature or hallmark of the work.
What Does The Program Cover?
The program is designed to help you better understand yourself physically, astrologically, karmically, and psychologically utilizing sacred Vedic practices. The intention of this program is to deepen self-mastery by learning how to live in alignment with your personal constitution, karma, astrological imprint and how to use these to your advantage to fulfill your life’s purpose.
What Will I Get Out Of The Program?
The intention of this program is to support you in building a life of clarity, authenticity and meaning.
In order to find clarity, we must understand where and how we connect to the Universe, to nature, to others, and to ourselves.
By learning more about your Vedic birth chart, you will gain a deeper understanding of your genetic karmic blueprint and therefore how to navigate life more gracefully. You will learn more about your strengths, challenges, and karmas and how this may show up in years to come.
By learning about your personal constitution using Ayurveda, you will learn how to better exert your time, fuel your body, and to make choices that will bring balance in your day to day life.
This course also integrates personal introspection, contemplation, reflection, and yogic philosophy to support you in spiritual and emotional growth and understanding.
What Is The Structure Of The Program?
The structure of the program is designed to give you a steady stream of new information with weekly videos, implementation of knowledge with prompts and materials, and personal connection to ensure integration by live calls with Christine. There are monthly group sessions to encourage the cultivation of community and a group lab weekly to ensure integration of the material.
